The main reason I started using these wonderful Stampin'Up products was to make lunch box cards for my Toddler who started school in September. He asked me to make him a card. I of course went totally overboard and decided to make a card for him every day! Phew. It's not easy making a different card every day and trying to keep them uplifting or inspirational. I realized that I would need many more stamp sets to maintain variety! Haha! That's when I decided to sign up for the discount on my own products, and to share some creativity with others.
I try to get all 5 cards for the week done by Sunday night. (in between all the other things I need to do on my 2 measly days off!) Sometimes this is easy if the creative juices are flowing. Sometimes I spend hours on Pinterest for ideas. This weekend was somewhere in between. I had a couple of new sets to play with so that was a good thing. I knew that whatever I made with them wasn't going to be the same as anything he has already seen! The hot air balloons in the Lift me Up bundle seem to have been my favourite this time. Here are the cards I made for this week:
I used the Nailed It, No Bones About It, and Reverse Words stamp sets, as well as the Lift Me Up bundle, various ink and cardstock colours to use up bits and scraps, and the stitched shapes framelets.
